Our US Returns & Exchanges Policy
Eligibility Window:
To qualify for a return, items must be received back to our address within 30 days of your original order shipment date (as printed on your packing slip). Exchanges must be received within 30 days. Returns will have the shipping fee deducted. We recommend the package sent via a trackable method. In the event of lost packages without a tracking number we won't be able to issue the refund.
Items not eligible for refund or store credit:
- Customized items or engraved items.
- Returns received in damaged/worn condition.
- Returns received after 30 days of the original order shipment date.
- Shipping charges.
Items eligible for store credit only:
Returns received between 31 and 90 days after the original order shipment date (as printed on your packing slip) may still be accepted, but please note that a shipping fee deduction may apply for late returns. We understand that circumstances may arise that prevent timely returns, and we strive to accommodate our customers to the best of our ability. However, to cover the costs associated with processing late returns, a deduction for shipping fees may be applied.
Packaging Requirements:
Please return items with their original packaging intact to ensure eligibility for a refund or store credit. Items returned without the original packaging may not be eligible for a refund or store credit.
Additionally, if you received the item as a gift, please return it together with the original order to qualify for a full product refund. This ensures that we can process your return accurately and efficiently.

How do I return an item I received as a gift?
If you've received a Treehut order as a gift and need to make a return, we're here to assist you! We understand that sometimes preferences differ, and we want you to be completely satisfied with your TreeHut experience.
Here's how it works:
- You can return the item(s) and receive a Treehut store credit for the amount of the returned item(s) to your account.
- Please reach out to our Customer Care team for assistance with the return process. They'll guide you through the steps and ensure a smooth experience.
Please note:
- Gift recipients are not eligible for cash refunds or exchanges. However, we're happy to offer store credit to help you find something that suits your preferences.
