Haiku Mill in Hawaii

Venue Cost: $7,000 (12 hours access)
What's unique: This beautifully ornate venue is an ancient sugar plantation and comes with the chandeliers and uplighting over the mill.

Treehouse Point in Issaquah, Washington
Guests: Up to 80
Venue Cost: $2900-7500 plus catering and lodging (must use Treehouse Catering)
What's Unique: The tree houses are rented out as guest accommodations.
Beaulieu Garden in Rutherford, California

Malibu Rocky Oaks in Malibu, California

Venue Cost: Starting @ $20,000 (up to 100 guests plus $2000 per each additional 100), plus $1000 cleaning fee and $4000 deposit.
What's unique: 37 acres of private vineyards with a panoramic view from a helicopter landing pad that doubles as a ceremony stage.

Dunton Hot Springs, in Dolores, Colorado
What's Unique: This venue is a restored ghost town and the cost includes private accommodations-you'll have exclusive access to the entire property, hot springs included. Meals and alcohol are also included. Plus theres a yoga studio, fitness room, river access and private hiking trails.
Thorncrown Chapel in Eureka Springs, Arkansas
Guests: up to 100
Venue Cost: $700 Sunday through Friday and $850 on Saturdays. (2 1/2 hours rental) Plus $450 for a rehearsal dinner
What's unique: The architecture is designed to have great acoustics, so listening to live or recorded music is a special experience.
Barnsley Resort in Adairsville, GA
Guests: up to 200
Venue Cost: Hard to gauge the venue cost. Though from what I gleam from customer reviews the cost is moderately expensive and service is questionable. But if you’re still interested, check it out for yourself and update us in the comments!
What's unique: The beautiful ruins were built in 1840 and look equally amazing lit up at night.
Vizcava Museum & Garden in Miami, Florida
Guests: up to 1,000
Venue Cost: average base cost is $32,000 (for 125 guests, 6 hours and $100/person for catering)
What's unique: The venue is a jewel among the Miami skyscrapers.
St. Johns Bridge in Portland, Oregon
Guests: up to 300
Venue Cost: $534 plus an $85 application fee (2 hours rental including set up and clean up)
What's unique: Believed to be one of Lewis and Clarks landing points, this beautiful bridge resembles a cathedral with 400 foot concrete arches.
Dove Mountain in Marana, AZ
Guests: up to 250
Venue Costs: $750 to $1,500 plus $450 to $750 with reception rental or $200 for a ceremony only wedding. (6 hours)
What's unique: The view includes Santa Catalina, Tucson and Santa Rita Mountain ranges.

Blackberry Farm in Walland, Tennessee
Guests: lodging for up to 138, extra guests staying off the property are welcome upon arrangement.
Venue Cost: $245,000 - 375,000 (Yes those number are correct! The price seem insane, so anyone with past experience at this venue is urged to confirm this price in the comments. Thanks in advance!)
What's Unique: Price includes lodging and gourmet meals for 138 guests.
Sundance Resort in Sundance, Utah
Guests: up to 180
Venue Cost: average base costs is 36,000 for 125 guests and assumes $155/person for catering and alcohol.
What's Unique: One complimentary 60-minute massage, One complimentary room for bride and groom. One personally crafted piece of art for the wedding couple made from wine bottles from the wedding celebration.
