Are you still shipping watches during Covid-19 crisis?
Hello, my name is Julia Olson and I'm the founder and owner of Treehut. We all are all facing a tremendous challenge with Covid-19. People around the world are struggling. I want you to know that our team is safe. Our local manufacturing is working at a safe alternative location. We are still shipping orders every day on time and will continue to do so as long as it is safe for our employees. Are Treehut products handmade in San Francisco?
Yes, indeed! Our headquarters is proudly based in San Francisco and our team puts lots of tender, love, and care into each product. Lots of our woods featured are top quality rare finds to create unique products for everyday wear.
What kind of leather do you use on the leather bands?
We keep our adventurous and busy-bee customers in mind - so we use high quality soft genuine leather for everyday wear.
Are your watches water proof?
We like to say our watches are “splash safe” - from washing your hands to a little sprinkle on those rainy days. But our watches are not designed to be completely submerged under water. So take note to remove your watch when taking showers or taking a dip in the ocean!
What type of movement does Treehut watches come with?
Each watch is equipped with top quality movement. Please check our product page to see details under product specs.


Where do I write my engraving message?
Engraving is available for all of our models (sunglasses and watches). To add engraving simply choose the "With Engraving" option on the product page. When the engraving is chosen a text box will pop out for you to provide your engraving message. Only the following symbols can be engraved (Feel free to copy/paste): ♥ ♡ ∞ . Contact our customer support team here if you have more questions. Happy to help.
What do I do if I have multiple products I want to engrave?
Wish we were mind readers, but since we’re not - if you have various styles of watches please indicate which engraving goes to which watch in the “Notes” section at checkout!

Orders & Shipping

I need to change something on my order, what can I do?
Please contact us right away! Our orders are processed quickly to ensure that everyone receives their packages on time. We will do our absolute best to adjust your order, but please note that we cannot guarantee any changes.
Will I get a shipping confirmation once my order is shipped?
You will receive a shipping confirmation via email when your order is ready to be sent out to play with you! If you don’t see movement when you check your tracking number, please give it an extra 24-48 hours. From our experience, at times our San Francisco post offices do not register tracking immediately.
How long will it take for my order to arrive for US domestic orders?
We know you are eager for your Tree Hut product to arrive! You should see your order arrive within 2-5 business days with express shipping and 7-14 business days without express shipping for non-customized items in US. For customized orders, i.e. engraving, there is a processing time of 1-2 business days if you choose rush engraving option at checkout. For more shipping details - click here.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do! Your shipping costs will be automatically calculated after providing your shipping address at checkout. For more international shipping details - click here.
Can I change my order if it has not been shipped yet?
It all depends where we are at in the process of making your Tree Hut order. If you need to change your shipping address, shipping method, engraved message, or cancel your order - please contact us ASAP with your order ID as orders move quickly through our system and changes cannot be guaranteed.
I did not get a confirmation email, what’s going on?
You will receive an order confirmation email right after your purchase. And you will receive an email with your shipping tracking information after 24-48 hours, if you do not receive them, feel free to contact us here and we will help you! Please also check your spam folder.

Can I get a discount when I am buying many watches for groomsmen gifts?

Can I use more than one coupon on my order?
No, so sorry about that! Our system only allows one coupon for each order.
Can I use coupons on discount-priced items?
All our discount coupons cannot be combined any other sales. Please understand only one sale/discount is available for one purchase.

Thanks for participating in our sales and promotions! Coupons and/or site wide sales/discounts will be displayed in our website banner. All Tree Hut coupons are released and distributed by Tree Hut. Third party sites claiming discounts on our products are not guaranteed to be valid on purchases finalized through our viable channels.

  • Only one coupon code may be used for each order. Coupons cannot be combined with any other offer or discount

Warranty & Returns

Can I return or exchange the engraved items?
Since we made the engraved products special for you, we would not be able to accept it as a return or an exchange.
Are Treehut products under warranty?
Yes! We have 12 month warranty on our products and can help you out if you have any manufacture defects.
What is the process of returning/exchanging my Tree Hut product?

Am I responsible for shipping costs when returning or exchanging my product?
Yes, you would be responsible for shipping costs when sending the product to us but we’d be happy to pay for it to come back to you if you are doing an exchange. Please check out our Returns and Exchanges page here for more information.
Where's my return?
Returns are usually processed within 4-7 business days after we receive your package and we will surely email you once your refund has been processed. Please keep track of your package using your tracking number in the meantime.
