I am a woodworker and love wood and marvel at the intricate craftsmanship of this piece. It came very well presented with extra links and needed tools. It is extremely light in weight and has a great clasp. I did initially have a problem with the time mechanism but customer service was fantastic and quickly rectified the problem in a manner way beyond my satisfaction and at considerable expense to them. This is a family owned business that truly stands behind their work.
