What You Should Know About Your Watch

We’re as excited as you are! First, unbox your package with care. You will find a custom Treehut watch box, holding your new favorite accessory. Each package includes a branded booklet with detailed information on how to set the time on your watch, care instructions, and warranty details. You'll also find an authenticity certificate. It has the assembly date and a personal stamp of approval from the watchmaker. Some models include small tools to help with the removal of watch links to adjust the size of your watch band.   

Let’s Talk About Care

We build Treehut watches for everyday use. To help prevent cracking, we coat our wood watches with natural beeswax. The natural oils on your hands also help to improve the look and feel of the wood. They also protect from drying and cracking. But avoid leaving your watch in direct sunlight for an extended amount of time. The heat may cause wood to weaken and crack.  Wood watches are not water-proof. Please do not submerge your watch in water. They are splash-proof, though and are OK for most activities!  

We Got You Covered

All Treehut watches include a two-year warranty. Valid from the day you buy it. Our customer care team will support you with warranty exchanges and returns. We will immediately replace watches with manufacturing defects, too. If you have any warranty questions please contact help@treehut.co. We are always happy to help!
