Because every custom watch is made just for you, with your choice of wood, dial, movement and engraving, we can’t accept returns or exchanges on personalized orders. Each piece takes real hours of handwork, and once it’s made, it can’t be resold. We keep our prices fair for the craftsmanship that goes into every watch, and this policy helps us keep them that way.

If your watch arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 14 days with a photo of the issue, and we’ll make it right with a repair or replacement.
