We sat down with @thelovelyescapist to ask a few questions and get a few traveling tips to share with you.
What drives you to travel?
I want to live my life full of purpose, love, laughter, and adventure. My biggest fear is looking back on life and realizing I never truly lived. To me, living is seeing the world, daring to try new things, and cultivating essential relationships. We are only on this Earth for a short time, so why not make the most of it?
Where was the last place you visited?
The last place I visited was the island of Curacao. This beautiful Caribbean island is located just 40 miles off the coast of Venezuela, and not only offers gorgeous beaches and turquoise waters but rich history and unusual adventures. If you're looking for a colorful stay and some outdoor fun, I highly recommend checking out Curacao!
What is your best travel advice?
My advice is to live on less, pack light, help others, and travel more!! To me, material objects aren't as important as memories and experiencing the world. I much enjoy the connections made with other people and places while traveling. That's something that no one can take away from you and something that someone with $0 to their name and the wealthiest man in the world has the same ability to do!
