I discovered Treehut a long time ago and have ordered multiple watches- one died because I took it swimming more than once, they are water resistant not water proof, fyi:) By far my favorite watch and I always get compliments.

This company may have received good reviews from others but, that was not my experience. I was not happy at all with the engraving or how it came packaged. Aside from their website and recent Facebook ads showing the engraving done in a light color, making it very easy to read, my message was done in black on dark wood so you couldn't even see it. Also, I thought it would come in some sort of a box for gifting, but it came in a felt bag even though at the time of my order, a box was shown in the pictures for each watch. I emailed Treehut with my complaints and was told, "No worries we will be happy to take care of this. Let me check it out and get back to you." Well, I've never heard back but yet I keep receiving emails asking for my feedback on my order and how was their support on my complaints! Come on, does the right hand even know what the left hand is doing?? Coincidentally, the website has now changed its pictures from showing a box to the felt bag. Interesting. All I wanted was help resolving the issues with my order and I've been completely ignored.

This was my second purchase from Treehut. 1st was a gift for my boyfriend and I love it so much that I got my own. Only thing I can say is make sure you remove the safety film from the glass face before you send an email asking about bubbles like I did. But their customer service department was very helpful and kind even with my dumb question lol. 10/10 would recommend

The only deception was the unplanned custom fees of 35$ upon delivery (I’m use to ordering from US to Canada and having them included in the price) as a plus tools are given to adjust the length and it is super easy to do!
