One thing that is very apparent in our modern day world is the fact that trends are changing all the time. Clothes and accessories that generations wore back in the day (i.e. cloth and burlap sacks) have transformed into some of the most amazing tailored or ready-made wear. It is so inspiring to see how far our designs have come and there is nothing like a good fashion week to flaunt these awe-striking designs! Here at Treehut we are an accessories company, though naturally our team is inspired by such talented creatives.
| 1. No better way to start a NYFW recap than with the majestic Kendall Jenner. This dark beauty struts the runway giving off a super edgey yet western vibe in Ralph Lauren, September Collection. The bulky leather jacket creates a rather masculine shape but what girl doesn't like to feel strong and powerful? To offset this bold jacket, the bolo tie-necklace that Jenner is wearing, has you wondering if your onset filming a cowboy movie. There is almost a costume-y vibe to this look but, that being said, we still love it!
Which Treehut watch would you style with this outfit? I'd put on the Theo Vintage Black watch to add a touch of informality and swing the leather jacket over my shoulder!
| 2. Literally cannot get over these floral/flared pants designed by Rosie Assoulin. This look epitomizes your typical beach town, fashionista. What's extra cool about these pants though, is that they can be worn day or night- you can easily dress them up with a fancier blouse and accessorize or wear them to the beach over your bikini!
To make this an everyday look, I'd put on the All Bamboo Nova
watch. What do you think?
| 3. Simplicity is key to this finely- detail oriented outfit. Maryam Nassir Zadeh has us head over heels in love with her vintage-y and romantic designs. From afar these look like your average bootcut jeans though if you look closer, the pleated details are a special addition to this vintage look. Perfectly paired with these high rise jeans is a romantic little peasant tunic. The tailoring of the fabric and intentional opening through the front of the blouse has us feigning for this effortlessly chic attire.
I'd probably pair the Boyd Small Blue
watch to this outfit to add a tiny little pop of color. Think that sounds too trendy? I think not. :)
